On the 11^th of May, 2011, President Kyeung-Seuk Ryu visited the Asian Forum facilities on Jeju Island as part of the Tongil Group Affiliates tour.

This tour proceeded in the order of a company introduction by Asian Forum CEO Myeong-Hee Shin and a speech by President Kyeung-Seuk Ryu, and was attended by Family Federation Korean President Kyeung-Seuk Ryu, Asian Forum CEO Myeong-Hee Shin, Jeju Patriarch Dae-Su Ong, Missionary Education Director of the Family Federation In-Seon Shin, Family Federation General Affairs Director In-Guk Lee, and Tongil Group PR Department In-Yong Ryu. The Asian Forum headquarters located on Jeju Island, the Asian Forum aquafarm in Seogwipo, and the Namwon Training Institute located in Namwon and the Unification Meeting Hall located in Seogwipo were all visited respectively.

President Kyeung-Seuk Ryu emphasized, “The reason that True Parents appointed us to go on this tour of our affiliate organizations was because he wished to give us a chance to develop the church and the foundation as one. It is not important whether the number of employees is high or low, and because we all know that the amount of passion invested in Jeju Island for the ocean providences by True Parents is so high, I hope we can develop much more through Asian Forum,” and also added, “A special parish in the foundation has been established, so there are to be many tasks to be completed from now on,” explaining the meaning of the tour to Jeju Island.

Prior to this, CEO Myeong-Hee Shin said in his company introduction, “Based on Jeju Island, considered a clean area, Asian Forum promises to do its best to fulfill the ocean providence missions given by True Parents, through its sales of frozen marine products, edible and fishery ice, as well as through its flatfish aquaculture industry.”

Later, the Asian Forum aquafarm, the Namwon Training Institute in Namwon and the Unification Meeting Hall located in Seogwipo were all visited, thus completing the tour.
